Job description
Manage and deliver the implementation of PTC Windchill PLM suite, ensuring system efficiency and data availability.
Administer Windchill environment including system monitoring, maintenance, updates, and issue resolution.
Support users by providing front-line assistance for PLM functionality, running data quality checks for seamless ERP integration.
Maintain CAD-PLM-SAP interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and support Engineering Change Requests to update product configurations.
Develop and deliver PLM training material, ensuring users are proficient in utilizing the system.
Document improvements to PLM data models and interfaces, participate in User Acceptance Tests, and maintain server synchronization across sites.
Promote best practices and support the team in adapting to PLM processes efficiently.
