Job description

Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures;
Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors;
Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Companys procedures and requirements;
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams;
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
Build and maintain good relationships with vendors;
Maintain the management of supplier return packaging;
Provide constructive feedback;
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change and pilot build ensuring robust product life cycles;
Suggest solutions for process improvements;
Train new workers in the operating procedures and standards of the organization;
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts (stock take); reconciling with data storage system;
Prioritise and assign tasks to ensure that the resources are used effectively and targets are met;
Implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement.

Requirements

BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field;
Great interpersonal and communication skills;
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success;
Good time-management skills;
Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for (x) years;
Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as Sap mm, ap Modules, sap Plant Maintenance, etc.);
Team player;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
