Job description
We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.
Responsibilities
1. Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide progress/change report for each project/intervention areas
2. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality
3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
4. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns of data sets from BMGs
5. Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
6. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
7. Analyse Data, develop graphs, charts, infographic as per the requirement
8. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Ensure data protection and safety, and update the senior management about any potential threat and challenges
Requirements
1. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, database management
2. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
3. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages such as ZOHO, CRM, SQL, Salesforce etc (
4. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, R, SAS, etc)
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
6. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
