Job description

Roles and Responsibilities: ➢ Assist customers with technical challenges. ➢ Communicating all the menu changes to the food partners & tech team for smooth operations. ➢ Ensuring hourly check & reporting all updates in the café lens checklist. ➢ Meet clients at cafeterias and take feedback on a regular basis. ➢ Ensure all displays, counters, and service areas comply with company and statutory requirements. ➢ Ensure that all the cafeteria counters run as per the laid-out SOPs. ➢ To check work areas before and after use and ensure all waste is segregated to the appropriate collection area. ➢ Ensure equipment is operated as per ESWP Equipment Safety Work Procedure and report any downtime to the related departments. ➢ Team player to lead and manage the food partner, self-motivated to take initiative. ➢ Ensure all hygiene standards are met. ➢ Take up most operations activity related to the cafeteria. ➢ Handle the placement of flyers & banners with a creative approach.

Skill: Passionate about delivering quality service to our clients and employees. Good communication skills- both English and local language enable delivering a class experience to all the employees with a positive attitude. Tech savvy and passionate learner. Hotel Management Graduate or any other equivalent degree.
