Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Smart Enovations India Pvt Ltd. As an HR, you will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit, fostering positive employee relations, and creating a conducive work environment. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
  • Certification in HR will be an added advantage

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and conduct orientation programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Conduct performance management activities, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance management
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR
