Job description
Role : Python Programmer (4+ years)Responsibilities :- Take ownership of the entire project from requirement to final delivery stage.- Create/update/maintain scripts to harvest data from web- Help design and implement functional requirements- Build efficient back-end features in Python- Integrate front-end components into applications- Strong focus on quality by enforcing the code reviews & development best practices /processes.- Responsible for planning the end-to-end technical scope of the project & customer engagement areas including planning sprint & deliveries.- Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.- Prepare technical documentation- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code- Coach and strengthen team's skills- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements- Demonstrates ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.Skills Required :- 4+ years of experience in software architecture, system design & development.- Extensive experience in data harvesting (crawling)- Experience in handling complex sites with heavy blocking (captchas, sessions etc.)- Extensive development experience in advanced Python programming language & microservices.- Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, Bottle)- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST API- Understanding of databases and SQL- Preferred good experience in JavaScript technologies (e.g.react /angular /vue /knockout /node/ember/backbone/express).- Experience in working with customers directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery- Experience with working on Agile Software development methodology.- Prior experience in leading/mentoring a team is preferred.- Passionate about learning new technology, domain and frameworks- Experience managing multiple projects at a time.- Education: B.E, B.Tech, MCA, Diploma Computer/IT- Salary is not a constraint for the right candidateWorking Days : Monday to FridayWork Location : Nandanam (AG-DMS), Chennai.Job Type : Permanent (Fulltime) (ref:hirist.tech)
