Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.
  2. Strategy Development and Implementation : Work closely with the SEO team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor and analyze SEO performance, and provide regular reports to clients. Make data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  4. Problem Solving and Consulting : Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions. Offer consultancy on best SEO practices and industry trends.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and client satisfaction.
  6. Education and Training : Educate clients on the importance of SEO and how it works. Keep clients informed about changes in SEO best practices and algorithms.
  7. Retention and Growth : Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Ensure high retention rates by delivering consistent value.
  8. Feedback Collection and Implementation : Gather client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements in the SEO services.
