Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pricing Specialist at EasyWay Logistics in Chennai. The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, collaborating with the sales team, and providing customer service for pricing-related inquiries and concerns.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Handling Pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation of Export & Import. Co-ordination with shipping line and CHA regarding shipments.
· Co-ordination with overseas buyers regarding purchase orders.
· Forwarding documentation to CFS team for customs clearance.
· Maintain MIS reports for pre & post shipment documentation.
· Follow up for the payment of shipments. Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for Customer Service internally, Bookings, Documentation, and Execution of Routing for Assigned Shipments.
· Responsible for Informing Management of Progress and Requirements of the Department.
· Responsible for Reviewing all Documents.
· Assists the day-to-day Operations for Imports and Exports to ensure that Customer Requirements are met.
· Responsible for Communicating Information and Instructions to/from Vendors Domestic and International.
· Ensure that File contains all necessary Document Copies in Proper Sequence.
· Trace Shipment through Transit Points up to Final Destination and Advice Customer Service as needed
Qualification: MBA/ Any degree
Package: 25k-50k
Experience: 3 - 5yrs.

Applicants should have a strong ability to analyze market trends, communicate effectively both internally and externally, possess a background in finance, and be able to handle customer service inquiries. Sales experience is preferred. An understanding of the freight forwarding industry and pricing strategies is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required. Attention to detail is critical for this role.
