Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Gorakhpur. The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting. Other responsibilities include financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations
• Audit and compliance experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
