Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team at the Ghazipur Centre. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mathematics, a genuine interest in teaching, and the ability to inspire and educate students from classes VI to X.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for classes VI to X.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Individualized Learning: Identify and address the unique learning needs of each student, offering additional support or challenges as required.
- Resource Development: Create or adapt teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with educational best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the subject matter and a passion for mathematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
