Job Description
We are looking for Educational Sales (Inside Sales) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide students about IIDEs Digital Marketing Courses. Candidates should have a passion for education be active listeners and exhibit budding leadership qualities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Counsel students for their course enquiry
- Mentor junior counselors
- Counsel students and concerned parents inperson and on the phone
- Complete daily weekly and monthly targets
- Calculate conversion rates
- Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports
- Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counsellors.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience
- Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Interest in Sales and Counseling
- Knowledge of CRM and EdTech Work Experience
- Multitasker
Expected deliverables/KPIs :
- Minimum 6080 connected calls a day.
- Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently as per the batch requirements
- 23 hours of talk time per day on average.
The candidate must be residing in Mumbai
Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.
