Job description

Job Description:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Introduce our products/services to potential clients and explain their features and benefits. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system. Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have and provide additional information as needed. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and customer needs are addressed effectively. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Handle Social media platforms. collaborated with potential counselors on a social media platform through chat discussions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales/marketing is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required. Bilingual in English, Hindi and Gujarati (preferred) Local Candidates Preferred
