Job description
Role: Manager /Sr. Manager Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying & sourcing of quality of land deals specially in JDA models in Kolkata
Manage the entire process of land acquisition including land identification, financial
valuation, best use analysis, target identification, deal structuring (JDA, JV, Outright,
Redevelopment), negotiation, legal and commercial due diligence.
Networking with real estate intermediaries, Landowners, local brokers for identifying
business opportunities.
Preparation of marketing materials such as: presentations, proposals etc. Develop
and execute paralle strategies for business development for responsible geograpny
Conduct regular market analysis and investigate land availability
Monitor market activity including key property deals, pricing, value and trends
Lead the preparation and maintenance of a database of available land opportunities
Perform feasibility studies through site evaluation.
business support on the legal, techno-commercial contracts property feasibility and
due diligence
Prepare feasibility/approval schedules for contracted deals in the approval pipeline
Key Competencies:
Must be from Real Estate Industry
Business development acumen througn networking, industry seminars and other
channel partners /IPC sources.
Relationship Management with developers and corporates particularly focusing on
sourcing & origination of quality land supply
Ability to communicate and Present the organisation in external Business
environmen

Qualification:
Graduate with 10-12 years of experience with developer and/orIPCs in a Land Acquisition /BD
? Language preference – Bengali, English , Hindi
? Computer Efficiency – Excel , PPT
Internal Interface: Marketing, Legal, Finance, Project /Design team External Interface: IPC, Land aggregators, Competitors,
