We are a Boutique Real Estate Developer Firm based in Mumbai and have various residential and commercial projects in Mumbai Suburbs .

Job Description

We are Looking for a Confident and Energetic Graduate .Fluent in spoken and written English, proficient with MS office .

Post Qualification Experience:

Preferred at least 1 year

Graduate Freshers might be considered, but fluent spoken English Required.

General Requirements:

The candidate must be a team player and willing to learn.

This is a full time, in-office requirement, hence the candidate will be required to report to office everyday which is based in Western Suburb of Mumbai (Santacruz West).

Job Requirements :

1) Telephonic and Written Communication - answering all incoming telephonic and written messages ( letters and emails)

2) Office Administration and maintenance - Managing office supplies , stationery and needs of other employees.Managing the staff of the office , and all the equipments.

3) Vendor Management- Coordinating with vendors , suppliers and contractors .

4) Coordination with Site Managers and Site Supervisors - update on daily progress.

5) Filling and Document Management

6) Maintaining meeting schedules and appointments of partners.

7)Microsoft Office (Required)

Salary : Rs 3 lakhs to Rs 3.5 lakhs per year ( depending on the candidate capabilities)
