Job description
We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Brand Bharatham , A partnership firm of GAD's Leadership Foundation. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential leads for our organization. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads that can be converted into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and social media monitoring
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
- Contact and engage with leads through various communication channels
- Develop and maintain a lead database
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize lead generation campaigns
- Measure and report on lead generation campaign performance
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation
- Participate in team meetings and share insights and ideas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with lead generation tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience with social media monitoring and online research
- Knowledge of lead generation best practices and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
