Job description
Actively collaborate with developers, QA lead, product manager to shape the product and deliver product releases
Provide feedback to the team on product quality, call out risks/issues (if any) and can balance quality with time bound delivery with a release perspective
Help define an overall automation strategy that will help achieve the business objectives
Architect and implement test frameworks that will help automate complex data loading and transformations, to locate and eliminate performance bottlenecks and security aspects
Contribute to selection of tools and technology stack for implementing the frameworks and supporting infrastructure
Establish and support a Cloud based test- infrastructure for automating installations, upgrades and automation runs
Establish and track quality metrics
Skills:
Excellent programming skills in JAVA.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python
Hands on experience to work on automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, JMeter.
Experience to work on REST API Testing using Postman and JMeter.
Knowledge on deployment (CI/CD pipelines) tool Jenkins.
Manage source control using Git.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good Technical Learning Abilities.
Good understanding of software applications in Client-Server architecture. Should have experience in deploying / configuring such applications
Experience to work on Databases like Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Experience to work on Web Application servers
Experience to work on Cloud technologies like Azure
