Who You are:
As Sr.Software Developer, you will apply deep product expertise and skills by working as part of a high energy team to design and build our new state of the art Infinite Talent BrassRing Product. Working as part of a team that does what it takes to ensure success, you will implement this SaaS application to achieve high reliability and scalability.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Demonstrate ability to understand business requirements, technical design and develop solutions based on them
- Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle through proven Agile methodologies
- Troubleshooting, analysis and solutioning to customer issues.
- Develop and optimize code deployed for use in a web application with many concurrent users and a very high transaction rate
- Develop an enterprise level product from initial design and implementation through deployment to a production environment
- Plan and execute all deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle
- Continually update technical knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and across teams
- Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Lead and develop junior software engineers by coaching, and mentoring
Required Professional and Technical Expertise : - B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent specialisation
- Strong technical experience in .NET and SQL Server web technologies, including working with client development teams, participating in joint development and working with client dependencies.
- 4-8 years of experience as a developer or software engineer with deep knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL 2008, XML/XSL, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Visual Studio Code, MVC, HTML, Java Script, jQuery, core and WebAPI.
- Experience with technical design and scoping.
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
- Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders across many stages during the development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of complex, custom-built applications.
- Great object orientation skills, including strong knowledge on design patterns.
- Good Knowledge on UI skills like Angular, HTML, CSS and web development
- Strong Knowledge in REST API, Web Services Implementation
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
- Willing to learn new skills and collaborate with the other teams
- Knowledge in Kubernetes, docker, microservices is added advantage
- SAP and PeopleSoft experience highly desirable.
- ATS, HRIS and other HR system experience highly desirable.
- Experience using Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with ETL technologies & Big Data Tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka etc is a plus.
