Role: Event Management Consultant at Marico Innovation Foundation (a full-time role for a duration of one year)

Duration: 12 months

Start date: March 15, 2024

Experience: 02-03 years

Location: Marico Corporate office, Santacruz E- Kalina, Mumbai

This role offers an end-to-end project management experience through Marico Innovation Foundation's flagship program – Innovation for India Awards.

The event management consultant is expected to be proficient in the following areas of responsibility:

a. Managing the Application Phase of Awards 2025

• Leading application outreach to garner applications for award entries across categories. This would include end-to-end target-based conversions.
• Being the front-end representative for all application-related queries
• Application management and coordination with Knowledge Partner for evaluation.
• Weekly reporting to the Program Lead and Head of the Foundation

b. Smooth execution and management of two virtual + on-ground events like jury rounds

c. End-to-end management of the on-ground large-scale flagship event, Innovation for India Awards. This would include:

• Coordination with event agency partner for logistics and event execution
• Invitation and database management of high-stake guests, outreach, invitations, RSVP management and follow-ups on confirmations for attendance at the event.
• Working closely with the RSVP Lead for seating plan and layout.

d. Compile, analyse, and present regular updates for all phases of the event to the Program Lead and Head of the Foundation
