Manager - Data Privacy Monitoring
Location: Hyderabad, India #LI-Hybrid
About the Role:
Our Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for Manager for Data Privacy Monitoring who is responsible to Enable necessary oversight and assurance on ‘responsible use of personal data’ and ‘data privacy & AI compliance’ for Novartis leadership through effective, detail-oriented analysis of adherence to controls and process.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Helps execute Data Privacy Monitoring and Remediation program covering key areas of Novartis’ business.
2.Prepares and presents the Data Privacy monitoring outcome including learnings within Data Privacy team on a periodic basis.
3.Support building monitoring process around AI data practices on top of existing Data Privacy monitoring program
4.Support building reporting capabilities around Data Privacy and AI risk areas to identify trends, risk areas etc
Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
•5-8 years of relevant work experience with Degree in Law / Business degree with recognized education/certification in Data Privacy, AI and/or Risk Management
•Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
•Good knowledge and experience on governance, risk and compliance principles and their application
•Process orientation with keen observation skills and eye for detail.
