Job Profile:
We are looking for Technical leads with over 10+ years of experience in full stack development & 2+ years in Project management and client handling. The person/s must be efficient, task oriented and ready to take responsibilities. Being part of the Professional Services team you will be responsible for estimation, development, testing, implementations etc. to different environments for all of our projects. You'll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients. What we are looking for in you
- 10+ years of relevant programming experience in Node.js/Laravel.
- 2+ years experience in Project management, team handling and multiple client handling
- Experience in any one advanced front-end framework
- Well experienced in analyzing client requirements, creating estimates and interaction with client
- Develop business/software solutions in a diverse range of applications as per requirement
- A motivated person with self learning skills
- Interested and ready to learn new technologies as and when required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in the development life cycle
- Be a team player
- Mentor junior team members
- Participate in sprints planning & estimation
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Key Skills
- 10 + years of Experience
- Experience in working with Node.js/Laravel for 5 years
- Excellent database skills (SQL & NoSQL) is a must.
- Minimum 2 year of experience with any front-end framework like Angular or React or Vue.
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with modern development practices like CI/CD, Docker, and Serverless functions is an added advantage.
- Experience in unit testing is an added advantage.
- Experience in Git goes without saying.
