JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Analyst in Legal Compliance shall encompass various tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
• Review alerts and docket searches to confirm pending litigation status and action on the database accordingly
• Periodically review legal holds and assess whether holds can be lifted
• Review requests from deal teams for legal hold tracking and confirmations. Cross-check legal holds tracker to confirm no legal holds in place
• Assist in Cyber Fraud Incident tracking and enforcement
• Monitor/report Cyber Fraud shared mailbox for inbound inquiries re: fraudulent activity/schemes, forward inquiries to IP/Cyber outside counsel and respond to individuals per advice from counsel/cyber team
• Review inbound fraud inquiries, looping in IP/Cybersecurity outside counsel as appropriate and respond to individuals with standard responses, per advice from counsel
• Track/review litigations data and prepare/review litigations deck
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels for delivering the desired output
