Job description

• Coordinate / follow-up with all stakeholders to ensure smooth progressing of execution
• Monitoring progress and update the progress with project dashboard
• Anticipate delays and formulate contingency plan
• Understanding on overall budget for the project and WBSE allocation of each activity
• To maintain client report and documentation activities
• To organize periodic reviews to monitor the progress and speed up accordingly
• Gap analysis and action plan
• Manpower planning & Conflict management
• Budget planning and provisioning
• Team management & Operations management
• Acceptance Test / Billing & invoicing
• Crisis management and process compliance
• End-to-end responsibility for deployment
• Be a team player
• L & D

Additional Requirements

• Excellent Communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Excellent report preparation & presentation skills

Educational Qualifications

• MSW
• Any Degree with PG Diploma in Social Work
