Job description
*Technical support associate or
*Senior Technical support associate
Basic knowledge Requirement:-
1. Basic knowledge of operating system such as supported windows suites OS X and above.
2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
3. Basic knowledge of copper and fiber internet.
4. Basic knowledge of internet application software
5. Must have extensive understanding of communication LNA/ WAN networking component (i.e., PCS, Routers, Multiplexers, Bridges and switches).
Job Description:-
1.Handling the customer queries over inbound calls
2.Resolving customer queries and concerns over time.
3.Assisting Customer if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.
4.Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
Requirement:-
1.Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
2.Minimum 6months of experience in International process.
3.Excellent communication skills.
4.Technical support experience can add an advantage.
