Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations including Administration,guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage. The General Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting sales and revenue, and developing strategies to improve hotel performance. Qualifications Experience in hotel or hospitality management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets and forecast revenue Experience in developing and implementing business strategies Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in managing teams and ensuring guest satisfaction Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field Experience in the hotel industry in New Delhi is a plus Miniumum 10 years of Experiance as a General Manager with a F&B back groundJob tags
