Job Summary:
The Interior Work / Furniture 3D Visualizer will be responsible for transforming conceptual design ideas into visually stunning 3D renderings. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization, possess a strong creative flair, and be proficient in relevant design software.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualization: Interpret interior design concepts and furniture designs, transforming them into realistic and visually appealing 3D renderings.
3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, and fixtures based on design specifications.
Material and Texture Mapping: Apply appropriate materials and textures to 3D models, ensuring realism and accuracy in representation.
Lighting Design: Design and implement realistic lighting scenarios to enhance the visual impact of 3D renderings.
Space Planning: Develop spatial layouts and configurations, ensuring optimal use of space and adherence to design principles.
Collaboration: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements and preferences.
Client Presentations: Present 3D visualizations to clients, explaining design concepts and modifications as needed.
Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and design teams to refine and enhance visualizations.
Project Variation: Create multiple versions of design options, incorporating changes and adjustments based on client feedback.
Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced 3D rendering and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) effectively.
Render Quality: Ensure high-quality renders with attention to detail, texture accuracy, and realistic lighting effects.
Timeline Management: Manage timelines effectively to deliver 3D renderings within project deadlines.
File Organization: Maintain a well-organized file structure for 3D models, textures, and renders.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in 3D visualization.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new techniques to enhance visualization quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, particularly in interior design and furniture rendering.
Proficiency in 3D rendering and modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization projects.
Knowledge of interior design principles and furniture design.
Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and modifications.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in presenting visualizations to clients is a plus.
Understanding of lighting principles and techniques.
Adaptability to changes in project requirements and design revisions.
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) technologies is an advantage.
