Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance Mailing Supplies Equipment Bills Errands Shopping Schedule meetings and appointments Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends. Maintains office staff by orienting, and training employees. Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary, Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers. Requirements and skills

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Experience in managing different vendors, negotiating and finalizing contracts. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Reporting to

HR director CEO Candidates residing in Bangalore are preferred. Experience : 3-5 years Annual CTC: Up to INR 5,50,000 per Annum Experience : 3 - 5 years
