JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to contribute to our company s sales objectives. As a Regional Sales Manager you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Ultimately you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large distributed customers.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The person shall bear the responsibility of driving the sales of our product in the SMB & Enterprise segment for the specified region. This is a leadership role in which the person will work collaboratively with a team of sales managers.

To be responsible for the sale of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region and achieve the sales revenue/targets

Negotiation and closure of sales understand current pain points

Discuss appropriate solutions and valueadd with the customers Farming of existing accounts for expansion and upselling

To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications

Developing and implementing B2B sales strategy market mapping and analytics of the markets.

Drive customer engagements with the account management team Prepare business development strategies according to the needs of the client.

Securing business opportunities by cultivating a mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients

An appetite for learning QUALIFICATION Bachelor in IT / Computers / EE or related field is an advantage
