Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)'

Experience: Fresher (Preferred) or 6 months to 3 years in Sales.
Education: Graduation/Diploma (Mandatory).
Age Limit: Below 30 years.
Gender: Male (Preferable).
CTC (Salary): As per market standards.
Language Skills: English (Mandatory), Kannada, Telugu, Hindi (Preferred)
Job Description: As a Business Development Executive at Emerge IT Solution, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and enhancing client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: • Contact existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Process customer purchases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Retain inactive customers, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Utilize sales scripts to drive sales and handle customer objections.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services to make tailored recommendations.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Requirements: • Graduation/Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
• Willingness to relocate for onsite responsibilities.
