Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive / Sr. Executive - Ocean Freight to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations, including coordinating shipments, managing customs clearance, and liaising with clients and suppliers. If you are a self-starter with a passion for logistics, we would like to hear from you.

Job Role and responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating shipments from start to finish, including liaising with carriers, vendors & customers.

• Managing customs clearance procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and ensuring timely delivery.

• Liaising with clients to provide information and updates on shipment status, and resolving any issues that arise.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, carriers and other stakeholders.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
