Job Description:
• Develop in-depth understanding of various skill development courses run by the organisation
• Form training batches
• Preparation of weekly and monthly training calendars. Ensure the delivery of training as per plan and complete evaluation of trainees within the timeline
• Plan and organize industrial visits and guest lectures for the students
• Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, training material, consumables etc. for training
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of training as per pre-defined formats
• Collate and report the attendance of students on a daily basis
