We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join our team in Kerala. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our company's services and generating leads across the All Kerala region. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- No prior sales experience required, but a strong desire to build a career in sales is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Reliable transportation for customer visits if required.
- Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in broadband services.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Residency in the local area or knowledge of the local community is a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities - Identify potential customers through lead generation methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and referrals.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospective and existing customers to understand their internet connectivity needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our broadband services, packages, and technical specifications to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
