We are looking for Associate Network Engineer Experience: 0-1 Year Location: DLF Chennai Certified CCNA/CISCO
Excellent Communication Required Job Purpose: Associate Engineer Level I will assist in monitoring, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure solutions to support the organization's customers. The Engineer will work under the supervision of more senior team members to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of Operations and Infrastructure services. Essential Functions: • Systems management, reporting and monitoring of infrastructure and cloud services. • Experience with support of enterprise environments including hybrid configurations. • Manage the network/telecom/compute /SOC /IAM and O365 environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL processes. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support. • Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support. • Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities. • Open and resolve incident and request tickets. • Participate in Monthly on-call rotation. • After hour and weekend activities possible • Flexible work rotation • Work with development team for front-end/back-end development requirements. Education • Four years of college resulting in a bachelor’s degree or equivalent Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses • Preferred if any one of the certifications is available - Python / CCNA / O365/ Linux / Microsoft / Infra Security Experience • 0-2 Years Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all internal and external customers. • Excellent documentation skills • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present. • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response. • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently • Ability to use a desktop computer system. • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources. • Excellent typing skills • Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary. • Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events. • Ability to approach problems logically and rationally. • Action oriented and self-disciplined • Organized and detail oriented. • Resolving Technical complex queries • Drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
