Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Rajkot. The Service Engineer will troubleshoot, provide field service, technical support, and perform maintenance and repair on solar energy products. The Service Engineer will also need to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Field service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Maintenance and Repair skills
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
