We're building one of the best information security teams to make Revolut the safest place to keep your money – and that's where you come in. We need an excellent Information Security Analyst to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance areas at Revolut Bank in Europe and manage information security in the best way possible. Someone with an analytical mind and a passion for risk and controls management, services, and compliance management ????

What You'll Be Doing - Overseeing and challenging information security risk assessments performed by intra-group and third party service providers
- Supporting the process of Information Security Risk Management
- Analysing risk related data to support proper risk management
- Supporting control design and assessments of the Bank
- Identifying potential gaps in policies or processes by investigating the evidence supporting risk and controls management, service quality, and compliance management
- Supporting InfoSec and Technology compliance self-assessments by collecting required data and information
- Preparing data and other materials for reporting to the Bank's forums, committees, and management bodies
- Running operational tasks and driving improvements related to information security management in the Bank
- Reporting on metrics for monitoring and improving quality of services and controls
What You'll Need - 3+ years of information security management experience in financial services, banking, and/or payments sector
- Fundamental knowledge of information security governance, risk management, and compliance management
- An understanding of information security controls across all domains of InfoSec and how the controls operate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to have - Relevant information security certifications
- Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information
