Designation : Manager -Channel Partner
REPORTS TO : GM
DEPARTMENT : Marketing / Sales
WORK LOCATON : Bengaluru
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify and recruit potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic goals and target market.
- Facilitate the on boarding process for new partners, including providing training, resources, and support to help them understand the company's products or services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide partners with the necessary sales and marketing tools, materials, and resources to help them effectively sell the company's products or services.
- Monitor and assess the performance of channel partners against set targets, and work with them to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with channel partners, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust channel strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on partner performance and contributions to the company's revenue.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between the company and its channel partners.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPENSATION: Diploma Electrical / BE Electrical/ MBA in Marketing
