About the role:
As an Experiential Strategist, you are responsible to create the blueprint for the project
which may be an event, activations or Intellectual property (IP). This requires you to
convert a client brief into a brand story through your creative ideas, thoughts and
proactive pitches.
The role requires you to think, brainstorm and produce creative, fresh, innovative and
feasible concepts in order to deliver an unforgettable experience to the client. While
doing so you shall create a central theme or storyline, which links the different elements
in the program. You shall repurpose and create from available brand assets to
communicate the brand narrative interestingly. Creating captivating presentations that
tell a story & allows you to run through your project from start to finish with reference
images that you pulled for each element is also part of the role. You will be required to
write strategic copies for events, collaterals for branding materials, invites, AV scripts,
emailers, print communication, presentations. You will be also bringing to life the
various brand scripts through actual direction on ground at the event. You shall be
aligning with a team of 2D & 3D designers to create visual content and manage
graphic production in line with the conceptual idea created.
In all this role will give you an opportunity to be a story teller who devises end to end
content from concept to building an experiential campaign to pitch presentation.
This is an individual contributor role & will report to the Senior Creative Director.
Required Qualification, Experience & skills:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or
related field.
• 7+ years in a Copy or Concept role in the experiential marketing industry-
Events/Activations are preferred. Individuals who have worked in brand strategy
roles in other industries can also be considered.
• To succeed in this role;
o You must have very good written & verbal communication skills –a range
of writing styles, preferably across mediums.
o Be proficient in Presentation Skills. Should have ability to articulate,
explain, present & sell concepts to clients along with the client servicing
lead
o Should be Creative, Imaginative & work with curiosity about client's
products & services
o You should be well read – a range of books across subjects.
o Should have good general knowledge – well informed & aware about the
social trends that can be connected to the concepts.
o Should have good Interpersonal Skills to work along with teams in client
servicing, design & production.
o Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of Key Note, Canva, AVs
• Individuals with a personality which is inclined towards Art, Literature, Music &
Theatre would find this role to be quite fulfilling personally too. Some exposure
in blogging, writing poetry or jingles is an added advantage & so is in other
creative fields like photography, journalism, theatre, film making.
