Job description
Position: Marketing Manager for a Fashion & Lifestyle Retailer at Attakulangara, Trivandrum.
Qualifications Required: Full time bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA (Marketing/Retail) is preferred.
Experience Required: 8-10 years of experience in marketing of retail or B2C products, preferably an apparel/lifestyle products retailer. Should have managed a small marketing team.
Other skills required: Should be proficient in MS Office. Good English communication and presentation skills, & leadership skills are required.
Job Responsibility: Will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for the retail chain to ensure customer footfall, ticket size, conversions and top-line sales for both the on-line and brick-and-mortar retail stores. Specific responsibilities will include
· Evaluating, planning, executing and optimizing marketing strategies.
· Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
· Increasing brand awareness and market share.
· Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
· Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, instore marketing events and public relations.
· Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
· Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
· Overseeing the social media marketing.
· Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
· Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
· Generating new business leads for Institutional sales.
· Managing the marketing department's staff.
Salary Range: Rs.60,000 to Rs.1,00,000 per month
Type of the Organization : A 40-year-old manufacturer and retailer of fashion/ lifestyle/ home and Supermarket categories, which runs large format retail stores in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Type of engagement: Full time, permanent, Work-from-office position
