Job description
Job Objectives: Provide technical support, including monitoring, reporting, tool administration Design and integrate endpoint protection solutions into the organization's infrastructure based on the ongoing business requirements and those of the security policy Keep security systems documentation up to dateMaintain awareness of latest security risks, exploits and vulnerabilities and apply them to the endpoints as required Create plans for implementation projects and keep them current Raise concerns to management regarding endpoint security deficiencies or enhancements that need to be addressed Design and develop programs to improve security standards, processes, procedures and solutions Setup & manage Identity & Access Management, InfoSec, Endpoint Security, and business applications Optimize systems, services, analyze and apply changes as per business needs Collaborate across departments & teams to ensure stable/efficient IT Services Engage with employees and/or clients to set up systems or resolve issues Provide recommendations, develop and maintain documentation
Required Skills: Strong understanding of endpoint security, operating systems, networks, and application layer technologies Data Loss Prevention Technologies Desktop Administration / Troubleshooting Must be able to work independently with little supervision and should be flexible enough to work and support IT operational needs as requested Good knowledge in Identity Management SSO, SAML, SCIM & MFA Experience in Google Workspace, Office365 and SharePoint administration Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies Hands-on experience in FortiGate Firewall, Switching and Routing, VPN Tunnels, Network Security, Proxy and Endpoint Security Hands on experience in MDM technologies JAMF and Intune Strong communication and documentation skills Flexible and able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independentlyJob tags
