TE Connectivity's global Supply chain analytics team is looking for the role of Manager, Solution Architect.
In this role, as a trusted advisor to the function, establish partnership, asses business needs, provide critical interpretation of data, form hypotheses and clearly synthesize conclusions into recommendations, turning data analysis into insights.
. Connect with stakeholders, architect solutions to deliver rich business insights to improve decisions within global supply chain function.
. Partner with business and technology teams to develop a strategy and solution that democratizes data and insights.
. Lead the design, build and deploy phase of projects and programs while enforcing strong data governance practices
. Champion a culture of data informed decision making, hypothesis driven experimentation, and responsible practices of data collection, management and use
. Design and promote best BI practices by championing data quality, Integrity and reliability
. Must be able to effectively work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
. Committed, goal oriented and works with less or no supervision Should be self driven, highly motivated and ability to learn quick
. Overall Experience of 8 to 10 years of professional experience with minimum of 4-5 years in Supply Chain
. Meaningful experience working with supply chain function and data analytics teams to architect insights.
. Excellent analytical skills - ability to analyze large datasets, detect and correct error, interpret and report results to stakeholders
. Excellent Management skills (must be able to work as Individual contributor and over a period time should be capable to lead, mentor and guide the team)
. Curiosity and ability to master tools and techniques
. Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies, Tableau & Power BI is a plus
