Job Title : Business Development / Sales

Job Type : Full-time Permanent Role

Timing : 9 to 6 Day shift

Location : Mayapuri, New Delhi

Job Description :

- As a Business Development / Sales (BDM) you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

- You will be responsible for increasing the value of existing customer relationships while actively seeking new opportunities.

- Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Increase footfall for the company at the showroom through strategic initiatives.

- Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and clients to generate sales and explore new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to foster business growth and development.

- Arrange and conduct business development meetings with prospective clients.

- Execute merchandising activities, including demo kit and display setups.

- Work closely with other Sales Representatives to identify and secure new business deals and expand existing opportunities.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services.

- Develop and implement a growth strategy that aligns with financial objectives and enhances customer satisfaction.

- Promote the company's products and services, addressing client objectives and predicting their needs.

- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients.

- Formulate a business development strategy with a strong focus on financial gain.

- Monitor and track competitive activities within the market.

- Gather leads from retailers and conduct site visits for demonstrations and business generation.

- Identify and develop new markets while continuously improving sales performance.

- Submit daily working reports to the immediate reporting manager.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven experience in business development or related roles.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships.

- Proficiency in merchandising and sales techniques.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and goals.

- Familiarity with the company's products and services.

- A proactive and strategic approach to business development.
