Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch department, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of deliveries, as well as managing staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Dispatch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers, drivers, and others

Qualifications

Experience 12years +

Salary 50k to 80k monthly

• Should Have Manufacturing Company working experience
• Experience in Dispatching and Customer Service
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, and experience in using transportation software
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the transportation or delivery industry is a plus
