Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at SNS Digitech Pvt Ltd. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. They will also develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
