Experience
❖ Holding 0-1 year of experience in the Digital Marketing field.
Roles and Responsibilities
❖ Content Creation : Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, blogs, email marketing, and websites.
❖ Social Media Management : Help manage and schedule posts on our clients' social media platforms. Monitor social media engagement and report on performance.
❖ Email Marketing : Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing contact lists, and analyzing campaign results.
❖ SEO and SEM : Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and support paid advertising campaigns (SEM).
❖ Analytics and Reporting : Collect and analyze data from various marketing campaigns. Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
❖ Market Research : Conduct research on the industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.
❖ Communication : Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Assist in client meetings and presentations.
❖ Graphic Design : Basic graphic design skills are a plus, as you may be required to create simple graphics for social media posts or emails.
❖ Ad Hoc Projects : Assist in other marketing-related projects and tasks as needed.
Technical qualification and skills
❖ Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
❖ Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
❖ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
❖ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
❖ Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
Educational Qualification
❖ Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field is preferred. Only Bachelor's degree candidates are preferred .
❖ Digital marketing certification is a plus.
Soft skills
❖ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
❖ Understanding the American English accent would be an added advantage.
❖ Ability to work as a team player and multitask.
