The company has several successful projects and has currently undertaken residential projects worth Rs. 4000 crore. Modi Builders plans to expand its construction activity and complete about 20 million sft of construction with a total value of Rs. 5000 crore in the near future. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing and executing residenial construction projects apart from planning, and team management tasks on construction projects. They will work closely with other team members to ensure project success and timely completion. Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills
• Strong experience 10+years with planning of team management
• Experience in managing and overseeing civil engineering tasks on construction projects (preferably apartments/villas/highrises)
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
