Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of real estate consultants to ensure that they meet their targets and provide exceptional service to clients. The Team Lead will also be responsible for recruiting and training new team members, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales and team management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in using technology to improve sales processes
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
