Overview:
The Brand Marketing role is crucial to the organization as it is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness drive consumer engagement and ultimately increase sales. This position plays a key role in shaping the public perception of the company and its products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage the stock and maintain an accurate record of inventory.
- Identifying and engaging influencers whose audience demographics and values closely align with our brand.
- Create and execute advertising and promotional plans to effectively communicate the brand message
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage the brands presence across various digital marketing channels
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies and vendors
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Proven experience in brand marketing preferably in a similar industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong project management and organizational skills
