Job description
We are currently hiring for 'Sr Manager-R&D' for one of our reputed and prominent client and MNC based organization.
Experience : 12-20 years
Qualifications : BE/BTech /MTech/M.Sc(Chemistry/Paint/Polymers)
Location : Sikandrabad(UP)
We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience (15-20 Years) in R&D focused on Water-Based Decorative Paints, with a solid understanding of allied Resins and Intermediates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing all research and development activities within the company.
- Leading and supervising the formulation of new products and redesigning existing ones as needed.
- Auditing and optimizing product formulations as necessary.
- Monitoring developments in materials and technology to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborating with vendors to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Implementing initiatives for continual improvements across all processes and functions.
- Coordinating third-party certifications.
- Supervising the QC function across four Plants.
