Position Overview:-
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance sales team, setting and
achieving ambitious targets, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Evaluating and assisting in achieving the Teams Targets.
2. Accomplishment of revenue targets of Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager.
3. Accomplishment of Account opening targets of Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager.
4. Accomplishment of AUM (Asset under Management) of Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager and Business Development Executives
. 5. Number of corporate tie-ups and HNI lead generated
6. Keeping the Clients satisfied and updated about their Trading related details and queries - for himself/herself, Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager.
7. Success Ration of his/her team.
8. Number of Complaints received against his Team.
9. Ensure Daily Sales Reports in CRM software.
10. MIS and data Updation and protection. 1
