Job description

We, at Holistique Beauty Products Pvt Ltd., are seeking an ambitious International Ecommerce Specialist to spearhead our global sales operations, focusing on expanding our market reach in international domains such as the UAE, UK, and more. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in managing our Ecommerce presence across global platforms, ensuring operational excellence, and leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize our market potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Marketplace Operations:

· Lead our operational strategy on international Ecommerce platforms, including Amazon Global, eBay International, and specific regional marketplaces like Noon in the UAE and Argos in the UK.

· Oversee stock management, replenishments, returns to vendors (RTV), and coordinate complex international shipments, ensuring compliance with cross-border trade regulations.

· Perform regular audits on product listings across international platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to local market regulations.

2. Performance Monitoring and Analytics:

· Monitor and analyze Ecommerce sales and advertising metrics, identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth in international markets.

· Optimize marketing spends across Amazon and Google, carefully tracking bids for keywords to ensure maximum ROI on advertising investments.

· Utilize data analytics to transform Ecommerce data into actionable operational insights, focusing on key improvement areas such as audience targeting, customer acquisition, user behavior, and conversion optimization.

· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify competitors, alternative markets, and emerging opportunities within the Ecommerce space.

3. Strategic Collaboration and Innovation:

· Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align operational activities with international marketing strategies, ensuring product readiness and visibility for promotional campaigns.

· Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to enhance the brand experience for international customers, proposing innovative solutions to improve product offerings and service delivery.

· Stay abreast of global market trends, reporting on changes and adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage in international markets.

· Provide expert advice to business stakeholders on Ecommerce-related matters, offering insights into market dynamics, consumer preferences, and technological advancements in targeted regions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on Ecommerce or digital marketing.

· Proven track record in managing Ecommerce operations, with specific experience in international markets such as the UAE, UK, etc.

· Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on optimizing spends and performance on Amazon and Google Ads.

· Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.

· Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and operations across different time zones.

· Deep understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and inventory management practices.

· Exceptional communication and cross-cultural negotiation skills, able to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners.
