Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven success in automotive sales, preferably within the luxury segment. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales, cultivating client relationships, and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Excellence: ·

Drive the sales process from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client. ·

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client preferences, budget constraints, and vehicle requirements. ·

Showcase the features and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, emphasizing their superior quality, performance, and innovation. ·

Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and financing options to facilitate informed decision-making. ·

Negotiate sales agreements and contracts in alignment with company policies and customer satisfaction goals. Client Relationship Management: ·

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up. ·

Anticipate client needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and personalized recommendations. ·

Leverage CRM systems and databases to manage client information, track interactions, and prioritize leads. ·

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis and Strategy: ·

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. ·

Collaborate with sales managers and marketing teams to develop strategic initiatives, promotional campaigns. ·

Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community engagements to expand brand awareness and foster new business relationships. Continuous Learning and Development: ·

Actively participate in ongoing training programs, workshops, and product knowledge sessions to enhance sales skills and expertise. ·

Pursue professional certifications and accreditations related to automotive sales, customer service, and dealership operations. ·

Share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned with colleagues to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications: ·

Any Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. ·

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales, preferably within the luxury segment. ·

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. ·

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ·

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools. ·

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
